At Luxtreveil Luxury Hair Extensions, each order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest level of quality. All orders are delivered within 9–12 business days via USPS or UPS Order Timeline: - Processing: 4-5 business days - Fulfillment: 5 business days - Shipping (U.S.): 5 business days - Shipping (International): 6–10 business days During periods of high demand or unforeseen delays, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking confirmation via email. Delivery & Responsibility All packages are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery. Once your order has been handed over to USPS, Luxtreveil is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you miss a delivery attempt, please coordinate directly with USPS to reschedule.

Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, we maintain strict quality standards.
